For individual tests and examinations, please fill out our Contact Form, and our team will assist you in arranging the necessary appointments.
3. How will I know my booking is confirmed?
Once you submit the form, you'll receive a confirmation message to your provided contact details.
4. When and how do I pay?
You can reserve your appointment now and pay the full fee when you arrive at the facility.
5. Can I cancel my appointment?
Yes, we offer free cancellation up to 8 days before your scheduled appointment date.
6. Are the hospitals you partner with approved for providing services to foreigners and tourists?
Yes, all the hospitals we partner with are audited and approved by the Ministry of Health of the Turkish Government to provide services to foreigners and tourists.
7. How does the pick-up and drop-off service work?
Our complimentary pick-up and drop-off service can be arranged by replying to the confirmation message and informing us of your pick-up location, such as your hotel.
8. What can I expect on the day of my appointment?
On the day of your appointment, you'll be transported to the designated health facility for your check-up, test, or consultation. English-speaking hospital staff will guide you through the process.
9. Will I see a specialist doctor?
Yes, you will be seen and examined by relevant specialist doctors as part of your check-up package.
10. When will I receive my test results?
Check-ups typically start in the morning and are completed in the afternoon, with most test results available by the afternoon for discussion with relevant specialists.
11. Can I have my results sent to my GP?
If you'd like your results sent to your General Practitioner, please provide their email address to the hospital administration team, along with your CHI number if available.
12. What happens after my appointment?
After your appointment, you'll receive a copy of your results, allowing you to continue enjoying your holiday with peace of mind – and body.
